refunds and double sales March 9th, 2020

Hello All,
In January we upgraded our NATS install and the new versionw asn't compatible with the TrustCharge (our billers) script.

This caused two sales to post for every transaction: one for the authorization and a second one of the settlement.

NATS has corrected the error with the script, which means that all the false sales have been refunded from commissions, all in one day. These were commissions that were overpaid from 1/16 until the first week of March and as mentioned above, were not actual sales. If you look at the refunded sales, you'll see clearly in your account that the original sale was paid twice.
